Ophoping is so close to hop-hopping in English, it's almost a bunny :)FinnBadgerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17623312291708136478noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3905212958338435906.post-1221193012893488102017-06-19T05:35:27.478-04:002017-06-19T05:35:27.478-04:00I received this stamp some time ago, too. Usually I am not so fond of buildings/castle stamps, but the beauty - by the contrast between the colours / snow / sky, and maybe 'nature' overruling manmade objects - made me feel happy to have received this one.

Dust bunnies, a funny word (I was thinking of animals which attracted me immediately to this call :-) ). In Dutch we don't have an animal name for it, even though it multiplies itself easily. I think it is named just 'stofophoping' = dust accumulation, or 'stofpluis'= dust fluff.Heleenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18206346242374113741noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3905212958338435906.post-16755157348605621432017-06-18T09:20:20.275-04:002017-06-18T09:20:20.275-04:00I planned this post a while ago, but I am right wi...I planned this post a while ago, but I am right with you on the weather front. Far too many days over 90 this early in the summer. At least here it is going to rain most of the day, and cool down about 10 degrees. I just hope it doesn't make it super swampy.FinnBadgerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17623312291708136478noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3905212958338435906.post-46216522884584299782017-06-18T09:15:50.113-04:002017-06-18T09:15:50.113-04:00Having rather hot and humid weather these last few...Having rather hot and humid weather these last few days, I appreciate the snowy scene! At the moment it feels like 95F!
