Sunday Stamps - Industry

Initially I didn't think of anything for this topic of Sunday Stamps.

 Then this fantastic set from USPS sprang to mind.


NPR has an excellent article and a large, clear slideshow so you can see the stamps in detail.

 Here are a couple of envelopes I used them on.

    I love these stamps (especially the telephone, for which you have to literally dial ('draaien', turn, in Dutch) the number :-) ). Their plain, simple design makes them very strong pictures.

      I love this set of stamps, although they are quite tough to use on my envelopes. The stamps are so striking that they usually either dominate or clash with the envelope, which is not the effect I was going for.

    Oophs! My daughter gave me this set just two weeks ago and I forgot all about it. A set to be proud of.

    I love stamps from the US. I always wondered who FinnBadger was that had a starrring role on Pushing the Envelopes blog LOL, now I know. I am enjoying this envelopes exchange very much

    I've never seen any of these, which I find sad as it is a lovely set.
    Most of the names are unfamiliar to me, though the designs are very familiar.
    Am especially fond of FiestaWare and delighted to see it included.
