Snowflakes

I sent out envelopes 942 to 946 for the January PTEX a day before our first major snow (4 inches).

I decided to post them now, a few days after another major storm (6 inches).

  1. I hope the snow hasn't caused major problems to you. The envelopes are beautiful.

    1. Snow itself not too bad. The temperatures (-16 C, 2 F) make it worse. And no power outages, that's a bonus!

  2. I've had quite enough of the snowflakes. They look prettier on your envelopes than they do on my driveway.

    1. At least both recent storms hit arrived over weekends - nothing worse than trying to get to work in 4 inches of snow.

  3. Envelopes on point as they say... We had way too much snow (around 14 inches) with wind blowing it around. Bah and bah.

    1. Thanks. I like those snowflake stamps from La Posts. And I saw some beautiful photos of Paris in the snow online today.

  5. And you posted your snowflakes on your blog on the day that the first major snow fell in this Dutch winter!

(mean height 5 centimeter so far :-) , but that is sufficient for the largest traffic jam in our country ever (2200 km today, while usually Dutch roads traffic jams measure 300 kms or less)

    1. The same happens here - everybody forgets how to drive in the snow even though it happens every winter.
