From the future to the past

The last few days have been futuristic, today it's another one from 2017... and somehow it traveled without a stamp.

And Yayoi also included this great collage.

  1. I really need to know the secret to send letters without spending money on stamps... :P

    1. I think in Yayoi's case it is an oversight, or maybe the stamp fell off before the machine.

    2. Now I remember that I posted once a letter without any stamp. I realised when I had just put it in the mailbox. It arrived anyway, from Spain to the UK.

  2. I received a few mails without stamps, too, and it was because of the combination of a smooth surface if the card / envelope, and maybe not so well sticking glue of the stamps... Alas in one case the stamps had lost after the sorting machine but before the postage-check-people, and the sender had forgotten to add the address so it was me who received a fine, few days later.

    1. At least here it is just the amount of postage missing, no extra fine.

    1. My letters to Santa reach always Santa. If not... how would I get my presents? ;)

    1. I do, too. I wonder what stamp would have looked good with this envelope?
