Dutch winter scene

A very clever envelope from Heleen that turns a stamp into a bigger scene that includes another stamp.

 Even more impressive is that Heleen drew it in a dentist's waiting room.


Thanks for this wonderful piece, I've posted it after another winter storm yesterday.
Inside was a postcard depicting a wonderful night scene on the ice, The Ice Skater, painted by Anders Zorn (1898).

    Glad to see it arrived well and that you like it :-)

    This winter (and most of the winters in the past years) the water birds are lucky, so far the waters hardly have been frozen, so at least they could keep on swimming.
    I forgot the location of drawing this, but indeed waiting rooms are perfect places to focus on a drawing. I always wonder why I'm always the only one who is drawing then...

      If I were to guess, I would think most people like to have their own quiet familiar space for drawing. And thanks again for the fun piece.
