The bird the cat is stalking is a goldfinch. The stamp is the Dutch entry in the Europa series for 2019, where the theme was National Birds. I believe you could also scan the little icon on the left to hear the bird's song.
The cats would absolutely try this if they could.

DeleteI think it fun that PostNL canceled the masked Mail Pigeon instead of the putter ( = the name in Dutch of this red-masked songbird) :-)
