You're right. Occitan is an official language in the whole region of Catalonia, although spoken only in a little territory (Val d'Aran). It's known there as Aranese. But the Spanish Government seems not to have it in mind :/

It wasn't so hard to take a picture of the stamp, however it was hard to take it in front of the tree and getting the lighting right.
