Thursday postcard hunt: Light - snowy scenes

 Today's postcard hunt theme is snowy scenes, and I recently received this from Middelburg in the Netherlands. The sender wrote, 'It never really snows in this part of the Netherlands,  so when it does it is truly magical.'

    Pretty. As I know it is very exciting on the rare occasions snow settles on a peninsula and Middelburg looks a beautiful place to experience it.

      The past few years we haven't had that much snow. 2025 into 2026 we've had 3 decent snowfalls, with more to come

    I think snow is far more appreciated in places when it is rare. The pictures are beautiful, no wonder they made a postcard!

      I usually leave pretty early for work, and love how quiet the world is after new snow

    Snow is pretty when it snows on someone else's house.

    Those are pretty scenes. I like CJ Kennedy's comment! I like snow at my house for a couple of days. I take pretty photos, then want it to leave!
