Barns are like the ultimate symbol of rural America. They all bring a countryside charm to the mail. I also love the round one - is it with a silo? Did you grow up around barns yourself?
Such a nice serie! My favourite is the one with the windmill. Here in the Netherlands we have those large windmills (in which the miller and their family lives/lived), but these rural American (and Canadian, Australian) windmills I think very charming!
(I also love the white Spanish and Greek windmills - maybe I just love windmills :-) )
Ooh, I like the round one!
ReplyDeleteIt's an unusual shape, isn't it

ReplyDeleteHard to tell if there is a silo. I'm a city guy, so no barns growing up.
DeleteI was a city girl growing up, but now live in a rural, farm community with lots of barns.
ReplyDeleteBarns like these are only a 20 minute drive from me
DeleteMy favorite is the snowy scene….
ReplyDeleteMine, too, it looks peaceful

And commonly associate with the USA. I mean, we have barns here, but they look quite different.
