The stamp is from the Modern Art in America sheet issued in 2013. I sent you some of them on a TFP envelope. You can see the information here: Modern Art in America Stamps .
If we would know where the scribbling postman (m/f) would live, we could make a nice postmark rubberstamp and send it to him or her, so he or she can use it instead of a felt pen :-)

It is a wonderful sheet of stamps, long since sold out. They made a nice effort to create stamps of different sizes, as well as being relatively large so that the art can be appreciated on the small canvas.
The sharpie is a pity, but the envelope is very nice. I had never seen that stamp.
