Artistamp / Faux postage MMSA challenge: FinnBadger Fauxhio definitives


I was introduced to the concept of artistamps/faux postage through Karen's blog, which lead to my participation in the Friends & Faux postcard project.

 Recently Karen ran an artistamp challenge for MMSA - send in six half-sheets of stamps and receive six different ones in return.

 Here is the full set of FinnBadger Fauxhio definitives that I created and sent in. These stamps are printed on gummed, perforated paper.

    is the shape of Ohio incorporated into the image in any way?

      No, any resemblance to Ohio is purely coincidental. Looking at it now I can see where that idea comes from.

    I'm hard pressed to pick a favorite from among all your sheets of stamps, but I think this might be it. Terrific design.

      Thank you. I played around with various aspects of it, and I'm happy with the final product. Trying to decide if the prices will go up next year :)
