A stunning envelope from Philippe. He added the question mark to this spectacular stamp. I think that USPS would consider the stamp to be canceled by the question mark, but fortunately for me La Poste is more relenting for the sake of envelope art.

    I love black envelopes. It was very clever to add the question mark to that stamp that is stunning by itself.

      Philippe always seems to have interesting ideas for his envelopes, and he always executes them in a stunning way.
