Mickey Mouse at 90
A really nice envelope and letter from Fabienne with a matching stamp that celebrates the 90th birthday of Mickey Mouse. I agree with Fabienne's opinion of the stamp - very modern.

ReplyDeleteAlthough I did not remember his name, I am familiar with his abstract art. And yes, the deconstructed Mickey on the stamp must surely have been inspired in some way from his work.
DeleteNow I see the Mickey Mouse connection. I used to love Disney a lot, but now I only like the old characters. Maybe... those that make me think of my own childhood. The stamp is great, and also the envelope is, of course.
