The two versions of the forever hearts stamp issued in 2015. On envelopes 972 and 973.

And on envelope 980, the Quilled Paper Heart (2016), Hearts Blossom (2019) and Cut Paper Heart (2014). All of the stamps today are part of the long-standing USPS Love series.

R is for Red

Here is a set of stamps I used on a package with a red theme.

The stamps celebrate the 50th anniversary of Star Trek, the Year of the Rooster, Diwali, Summer Harvest, Forever Love and the 75th anniversary of Wonder Woman.

Brown paper envelopes to Missive Maven and Edelweiss Post

A written thank you to Patrick from Edelweiss Post in envelope 727.

I also ordered an item from Missive Maven's Etsy store recently, and she sent me a few bonus items. I'll be sending them out over the course of the year, so I won't show them yet.

In the meantime, MM and her photogenic cats Oberon and Stella were recipients of a mice envelope.

Completely off topic, yet still related, I made a dodecahedron calendar out of leftover mice paper after reading one of Candy's blog posts.

Here's how mine turned out:

Still more brown red and white envelopes

...numbers 653 and 654 to Kathie and Adrienne...

...and numbers 647 and 652 to Honi and Pamela. That's the last of them!

Even more brown red and white envelopes

I still had stamps and grocery bag envelopes left, so numbers 646, 648, 659, 701 and 730 went out to yet more mail art friends stripy goose, Steve, Momkat, Martha and Philippe.

December envelope exchange part 2

I had a few more envelopes made from brown paper grocery bags to go with Forever Love stamps, so I opted to send 10 out for the December exchange.

These are numbered 636, 637, 638, 639 and 651 to Florence, Carroll, Smash, Rachael and Karen.

I sent out hand made envelopes numbered 630, 631, 632, 634 and 635 for the December exchange. Any guesses what they're made from?
