J is for JUVENIA

JUVENIA 2023 was the National Exhibition of Youth Philately held in conjunction with the National Philatelic Exhibition (EXFILNA) in Teruel. Correos issued this fun stamp in celebration of the event. It features a dinosaur, Aragosaurus Ischiaticus, known as the Reptile of Aragon, reflecting the important findings of some of the oldest dinosaur fossils on the Iberian peninsula there. Thanks to Eva for sending it!

  1. Cool! The bone stamp would make a great Halloween stamp, too

  3. The bone one is not a real stamp, but a label. It is not so frequent for Correos to issue labels!

  4. The bone label is a great addition. And, dinosaurs surely would grab the attention of youth!

  5. I like the giant bones on the label, the star is of course the dinosaur. It gets a great name. Reptile of Aragon could be the title of a story about the quests of medieval knights.
