 Eva mentioned that I should be able to track my package on USPS now that it has left the Netherlands.

Although to be fair USPS was closed yesterday for President Jimmy Carter's funeral.

Not sure exactly what that means - probably means it left the Netherlands. I think some of it is slightly lost in translation.

In a surprise to no-one,  given the unrealistic timeline, the package was not delivered!

Hand delivered?

When stamps don't receive a postmark, it seems they are hand delivered, doesn't it?

Fairytales (2022) from France (maybe via teleporter)

Holiday Elf label (2022) from California (if Fabienne will loan her teleporter)

Although, to be fair, the barcode label doesn't need a cancel - if you try and send it through the mail again it should be rejected.
