Envelope exchange 2014: from Marti S

Fun envelope from Marti in the exchange. I like the way she wrote the letter s in South and Street. Great stamp, too.

Envelope 462 - Happy Mail. And bonus stats.

Over at MMSA, Beth A asked for contributions for a mail art/happy mail workshop she had planned for mid-October.

Here's another envelope from an old calendar. The original caption read, "I'm doing my part to go green. I've had three apple martinis today."

Stamped.

And addressed.

Envelope 411 - food chain

Sent to the generous Pamela G.

I sent her a few extra goodies, hence the butterfly stamp (plus it is a nice color match).

And the back.

Envelope 320

I sent Laurie M (who created the pretty MMSA envelope I sent to Smash) a calendar envelope.

Bonsai-ed and addressed.

MMSA envelopes received part 3 - blue, green and white swirls & wrought iron to Smash

This is an envelope I received from Laurie M in the MMSA envelope swap.

This is the only stamp that worked well.

And I had another go with the wrought iron alphabet in white to go with the stamp. This envelope is painted, and quite uneven as a result so writing was a challenge. I had a hard time with the 9 - I should have turned it upside down and written a 6, which I didn't have any bother with. I liked the overall effect.

The back is also very attractive.
