I don't think these stamps would ever be issued with a smell sample!I'm not a fan of stinky cheeses, but every now and then, if there's a sample to be tested, I will give it a try to see if my taste buds like it.
I hope not, could make for an off-putting piece of mail.
Hi Phillip - love the idea of cheese stamps - delicious thought! The M&S foods are always good - they've developed a good range of choices ... cheers Hilary
As a cheese lover, i think these stamps are great.
These nice stamps remind me of holidays in France, many years ago, where we got a variety of cheese as a dessert. And I loved it!Although I agree with Violet's words that we will not ever see and smell an issue of cheese smelling stamps, I think it an original idea! I love the smell (and taste) of Emmenthaler cheese so hopefully one day the postal services might pick up the idea?! :-)
I bet the public would be strongly divided on that one.
Thanks for sharing!
I'm enjoying the alphabet Sunday stamps a lot.
First course brisket, followed by cheese - My mouth was watering before i looked at the stamps in detail.
A delicious piece of mail.
Love shopping for cheese in France, the stamps might be the next best thing.
Love shopping for cheese anywhere, but doing it in France musty be amazing.
