Sadly the scanner won't take a good scan of this envelope. There are no streaks, the colors are blended a lot more like clouds than you can see here.
Stamped with the West Virginia Statehood 150th anniversary stamps - this one's heading to Canada, so I'd rather overpay than be restricted to the global forever stamps.
Addressed in simple black.
